Peanut Butter Stir Fry

(Please note that the amount for the ingredients are each to their own, meaning, it is what works best for you)

  • 1 table spoon Peanut Butter
  • 1 table spoon Stir fry sauce
  • Mixed Veggies
  • Your choice of meat (example, chicken, meat, gizzard etc.)
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Spring Onions
  • Onions (ordinary)
  • Ball Peppers
  • Soy Sauce
  • Olive Oil

Before Cooking

  • Cut and season your choice of meat, to taste.
  • Whisk the peanut butter with the soy sauce.
  • Chop the onions, spring onions, ball peppers, ginger and garlic.


  1. Fry your already seasoned meat.
  2. In a separate frying pan, fry the onions till it is almost a brownish colour.
  3. Then add in the ginger and garlic.
  4. Let it fry for a short time.
  5. Add in the ball peppers and spring onions.
  6. Let it fry for about 5 minutes. At this time, you can check your meat to see if it done frying.
  7. Add in the mixed veggies.
  8. Let it cook for about 5 minutes.
  9. Add in the stir fry.
  10. Let it cook for 5-10 minutes depending on how thick or watered down you want the stir fry to be.
  11. Add in the peanut butter that has been mixed with the soy sauce
  12. Let it cook and stir often so as to make sure the food doesn’t burn.
  13. Add in your friend meat.
  14. (Optional) You can also add in your choice of seasoning (e.g. Maggi, salt, etc.)
